In accordance with Law 679 of August 3, 2001, enacted by the Congress of the Republic, which establishes provisions to prevent and combat the exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving minors.

Pursuant to said Law, all persons are required to prevent, block, combat, and report the exploitation, hosting, use, publication, or dissemination of images, texts, documents, or audiovisual files—as well as the misuse of global information networks or the establishment of any type of electronic link—related to pornographic material or material depicting sexual activities involving minors.

At ORCHID TRAVEL, we condemn the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism, and other forms of sexual abuse involving minors. In accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, we hereby inform tourists and the general public that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors within the country are subject to criminal and administrative penalties under applicable laws and regulations.
